About
About Frankly
Frankly is a perimenopause and menopause records service from Triangle that collects what your gynecologist and primary care doctor have on file, turns years of lab results into trends you can read and helps you prepare for appointments, for people in their 40s and 50s working out what's changing.

What Frankly does
Your records, from more than one office
Through Carequality and TEFCA, Frankly requests records from your gynecologist, your primary care doctor and anywhere else you've been seen. Add old lab printouts yourself, and the history stays current as new records come in.
Labs as trends, explained
Thyroid, iron, cholesterol, blood sugar and any hormone tests you've had become results you can follow across the years. You get a plain-language note on what each one means.
Questions, with your history in view
Ask whether a new medicine could be affecting your sleep, or what your gynecologist wrote last June. The answer comes from your own results and notes, and before you count on it, a second check measures it against that evidence.
Medicines and wearables beside the rest
Every medicine your records mention lands on one list, with pharmacy fills when those are recorded too. Connect Oura, Fitbit, Garmin, Whoop or Withings, and those readings sit next to your records.
What makes Frankly different
Nothing to sell you
Frankly doesn't prescribe, and Triangle isn't paid by any drug maker, laboratory or hospital. Members fund it, full stop.
Years of results, side by side
Log in to one lab's or one hospital's portal and you see the results from that place. Frankly pulls from many hospitals and clinics, so bloodwork from three years ago can sit beside last month's.
Built on your own results
Put the question to ChatGPT, Claude or Grok without your records and you get general knowledge shaped by what you type. Frankly answers from your results and your doctors' notes, and it can also connect to the assistant you already use.
Month to month
You hand over a card at sign-up and get a 7-day free trial. Then it's $9 a month, and you can quit whichever month you choose.

The team behind Frankly
Triangle, the Pasadena, California company behind Frankly, is legally Triangle Health, Inc.; investors put $4 million into its pre-seed round, announced in March 2026. In 2023 a brain tumor diagnosis pushed Arun Verma, now CEO, into doing his own medical research by hand, and he then started Triangle with Jonathan Grubb and Justin Balthrop. Frankly is one way Triangle turns that into a service anyone can use, aimed at people who want a straight look at their midlife records.

Frequently asked questions
Who's behind Frankly, and what does it actually do?
You'll need a Triangle account, made at trianglehealth.com, because Triangle is the company that makes Frankly. Frankly itself puts your midlife records in one place and reads them with you in plain language.
How much is a Frankly membership, in plain numbers?
Straight answer: a 7-day free trial, with your card on file, then $9 a month. Cancel any time; cancel before day 7 and your card is never billed.
Is Frankly a doctor, and can it prescribe hormone therapy?
No to both. What Triangle offers through Frankly is research and educational support, so it won't diagnose, treat or prescribe anything, hormones included. Your clinicians make the call, and Frankly helps you bring them a clear history and good questions.
Will ChatGPT, Claude or Grok answer from my Frankly records?
Yes. Point the assistant at https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp, the MCP address, and decide on Triangle's consent screen what it gets to see. For each assistant's menus, see Triangle's walkthroughs at trianglehealth.com/agents.
Can I trust Frankly with my midlife health data?
In short, Triangle is HIPAA compliant and encrypts your midlife records in transit and at rest. There's no selling and no sharing for advertising, ever, and your profile is visible only to people you've picked.
Is Frankly a period or symptom tracker?
Frankly has no symptom diary or cycle tracking. You can describe what you're noticing in the chat and ask about it alongside your records, and set reminders in plain words.
Will it reach my gynecologist and my doctor?
Triangle requests records through the national health-record networks, Carequality and TEFCA, with a clinician signing the request alongside you. Where a practice can't be reached that way, send in the rest yourself: PDFs, discs, faxes or photos of paper results. If something seems missing, Frankly says so and helps you request it.
Can I add old lab printouts?
Yes. Upload them as PDFs or photos, along with any discs or faxes, and Frankly reads them with the records it requests. It's a good way to bring in bloodwork from a portal you can't log into anymore.
