Your own assistant
Your records, in the assistant you already use
If you already ask Claude, ChatGPT or Grok about everything else, connect it to Frankly. With your permission, it can read your records, labs and medications and answer from them.
Step-by-step guides for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Muse and others
- Open your assistant’s settings and find Connectors, or Plugins in ChatGPT.
- Add a new connector with the address on this page.
- Sign in to Triangle when it asks.
- Switch on what it may read or change, pick your profile, and accept.

You’ll also find it in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections → Connect.

- Enter a name and the address, and choose OAuth
- Tick “I understand and want to continue”, then Create as a plugin
Then sign in to Triangle and accept, and type @ in a chat to pick Triangle. On Business, Enterprise or Edu, a workspace admin adds it. Other plans can’t add custom connectors.

Other assistants that support MCP connect the same way.
Then ask it things like
- “Line up every iron and thyroid result I’ve had since 2023, with dates.”
- “What did my gynecologist write about my cycles last June?”
- “Help me write my questions about sleep for my next appointment.”
Frankly, about privacy: once you connect an outside assistant, what it reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn’t control. Connect only assistants you trust. It works only with what’s in Frankly and can’t change anything at a hospital or clinic. Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately.
